The Matt collection features delicate and elegant forms, unpretentious and genuine. The materials are in accordance with those used traditionally with fountain pens: Brass aluminum. Uniquely crafted and finished in high grade brass aluminum, with a special warm satin galvanic finish to give it a soft gunmetal look.

The hooded nib resembles the peak of the mountain as the collection is named in our pursuit of creating the best fountain pen design. Hence the name Matt Monte with Monte means mountain in Italian.
